About Us

SF Fabrications is a busy sheet metal fabrication business based in Molendinar. Due to continued growth and a robust workload, we are looking for an additional team member to join our team of 12.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position where your tasks will include:
Loading and delivering items to job sites
Picking up materials from suppliers
Monitoring and checking incoming material deliveries
Managing powder coat drop-offs and pick-ups
Keeping the workshop clean, organised and tidy
Assisting the factory team as required, including electropolishing, finishing and packaging completed jobs
Operating workshop equipment, including the press brake, guillotine and saw

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:
A current driver’s licence and confidence driving a small light truck
A current forklift licence
Your own reliable transport to get to work for 6:30am starts
A positive attitude,



reliability and good presentation
The ability to multitask, prioritise work and keep track of ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without frequent reminders
The ability to undertake lifting and physical labour as part of the role
Experience in fabrication or sheet metal is preferred but not essential

What We Offer

This position will initially be offered as a casual contract for the remainder of 2026, working full time hours. There is the possibility for the role to continue into permanent full time employment for the right person.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am to 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
Occasional earlier starts may be required
Monthly team activities / lunches

We are looking for someone who can commence as soon as possible. Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia, as this position is not available for sponsorship.
