About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leading Educator to guide and support a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor educators to deliver engaging, child-led programs
Build robust relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained

About you
Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning setting
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Geccko- Foundations of Child Safety, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
