Common Supply is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Production Team Member to join our kitchen team.

This is a hands-on role focused on food preparation and production. You’ll be responsible for preparing our menu items to a consistently high standard, keeping the kitchen organised and ensuring we’re fully prepared for service.

The Role

You’ll work as part of our kitchen production team, helping with daily prep and ensuring food is prepared, portioned and stored correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare food according to Common Supply recipes and standards
Complete daily kitchen prep and production
Ensure food is consistently prepared, portioned and presented correctly
Follow food safety, hygiene and handling procedures at all times
Keep work areas clean, organised and well stocked
Correctly store and rotate stock
Minimise food waste and use stock efficiently




Assist with stock counts and report low stock or discrepancies
Work efficiently to ensure prep is completed on time
Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Complete cleaning and close-down tasks as required

What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred
Experience working in a quick-paced hospitality or food production workplace
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of food hygiene and secure food handling
Fast, organised and able to work efficiently
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
