About the role n
InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior / Lead Receptionist – Imaging. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements
n
Process imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
n
Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
n
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
n
Provide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures
n
Support billing processes, including Medicare and private payments
n
Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
n
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations,



privacy standards, and clinic procedures
n
About You n
n
Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service
n
Previous experience as a receptionist / admin team lead within the radiology industry
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Prioritizing tasks effectively
n
Understanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable)
n
Requirements: n

Full working rights in Australia
n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
