Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join a high performing customer service teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating collection requests, managing logistics, updating the internal CRM and ensuring a smooth and effective customer experience.

Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play a key role in maintaining turnaround times, supporting operational requirements, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and action return and collection requests, ensuring timely turnaround and availability of equipment
n
Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding returns and collection schedules
n
Coordinate returns and urgent requests with internal stakeholders to meet business deadlines
n
Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service throughout the return process
n
Liaise with transport providers and drivers to arrange timely collections
n
Monitor return timeframes and escalates any potential delays or issues as required
n




Maintain accurate records and provide updates to relevant teams.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, coordination, or administration role
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
n
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
Experience coordinating logistics, inventory, or return processes will be highly regarded
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
