Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an ICMI Case Manager for the Homelessness East team, based in office in Leongatha, VIC. You will deliver intensive, person-centred support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, developing tailored case and safety plans and coordinating access to specialist services.
