This role is preferably based at our Inverell NSW site; however, remote applicants will be considered depending on location, experience and ability to meet the role's regular domestic travel and content capture requirements.

BOSS Engineering is growing — and we're looking for a creative, proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring our Agriculture and Automotive brands to life.
n
This is not your typical marketing desk job. You'll be behind the camera, on the road, at dealer sites, field days, product launches and customer locations — capturing the real BOSS story.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Capture high-quality photography and video across Ag & Automotive
n
Create engaging short-form video and social content
n
Design polished marketing collateral and graphics
n
Travel nationally to capture products, people, customers and events
n
Identify great content opportunities and turn them into stories
n
Work alongside our existing marketing team to bring ideas to life
n




Support the team with campaign delivery across digital platforms and media and general marketing duties.

We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has proven photography, video and/or graphic design experience
n
Has a portfolio they're proud of
n
Is confident with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Canva or similar
n
Has a solid eye for visual storytelling and social media trends
n
Is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
n
Has a genuine interest in agriculture, automotive or manufacturing
n
Holds a current driver's licence and is comfortable with regular travel
n
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, Photography or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
