Melbourne CBD office;

Hybrid working model – 3 in, 2 WFH;

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm;
n
60% calls / 40% admin; and
n

Through this exciting time of growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service qualified to join this team within wealth management.
n
Your main responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering high-quality service to customers, advisers and internal stakeholders, in relation to investment products;
n
Resolving customer queries, complaints and issues, escalating where required;
n
Processing customer requests, transactions and administration accurately and efficiently; and
n
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
n

Within this small service team of 6, you will not be treated like a number! You will have the opportunity to receive training, become an SME and have variety in your day.
n
To be considered, we are looking for:
n
n
Previous experience within investments, superannuation, bonds or similar;
n




Phone based customer service experience, liaising with both customers and Advisors;
n
Professional communication skills both written and verbal; and
n
Proven ability to take responsibility for your work.
