Job Description
This role combines forklift work, general warehouse duties, basic mechanical tasks, order fulfillment, stock management, and customer service. Training will be provided on the online store platform. It suits someone practical, physically capable, and willing to contribute across a range of tasks.

Key responsibilities

Forklift operation and material handling
n
General warehouse duties including inventory control, picking, and packing
n
Basic mechanical tasks using fitting machinery when required
n
Order fulfillment and stock management
n
Processing orders and updating listings on the online store platform
n
Customer service and responding to inquiries

Monitoring and managing the online store

About you
n




Valid forklift licence and proven forklift experience (essential)
n
Warehouse experience, including inventory control, picking/packing, and general operations
n
Basic mechanical knowledge
n
Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy items and regularly handle stock up to 20kg
n
Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
n
Own reliable transport
n
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, or simple software)
n
Solid customer service skills - polite and efficient with inquiries
