We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our expanding Customer Service Team and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Answering incoming and outbound calls to customers, service providers, and retailers
Logging in and allocating warranty repairs, spare parts, and sales orders
Following up on allocated warranty repairs and providing timely updates
Documenting and managing store credit follow-ups for the Customer Returns Department to help improve service quality
About you:




Confident and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls every day in a fast-paced environment while accurately entering warranty information
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive personality, professional phone manner, and team spirit
Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a phone-based role is preferred but not essential
Experience with troubleshooting or a background in AV/WG warranty repairs is desirable (training provided)
SAP experience preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
