Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Electropolish Technician to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 4:15 PM until late.

The role involves carrying out electropolishing duties including loading, unloading, washing, quality checking and packing stainless-steel components. You will also operate workshop equipment, assist with production and quality documentation, receive and dispatch goods, and help maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace.

This is a physically active role involving occasional lifting of up to 20 kg. Previous electropolishing experience is not essential, as training will be provided. Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or a similar hands-on setting would be advantageous.

Duties, Tasks and Functions

To conform to Company Policies and General Job Specification

To gain a thorough understanding of the processes, methods, and procedures necessary to undertake the tasks required for electropolishing.
n
Carrying out all relevant electropolish duties including loading, unloading, washing, and packing.

To gain an adequate working knowledge of all departments and the relationship between these
n
Using machinery such as drills, presses, and a gerni
n
Assisting with documentation, timekeeping, carrying out Quality Control and Assurance
n
To undertake minor repairs of a handyman nature as required to
n
To assist in the moving of stock or furniture anywhere in the company if and as required
n
To ensure that all company premises are maintained in a secure, clean, tidy and respectable condition at all times
n
To clean once a day the offices and office amenities
n
To ensure that amenities are adequately supplied with the necessary consumables
n
Occasional lifting to 20kg
n
To ensure that the yard is kept neat and tidy
n
To ensure the accurate preparation and timely despatch of orders in accordance with Company procedures
n
To receive and check incoming goods and follow Company Procedures in the processing of these
n
Required Skills
n
1) Must hold a NSW Drivers License (Minimum Class C full License)
