The Prospect:
n
We are currently seeking a Field-Based Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Scone, NSW. This hands-on role involves working on a wide range of agricultural machinery, including Fendt and Massey Ferguson products, directly at customer sites. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and making a real difference in the Ag industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair diesel engines and agricultural machinery in the field
n
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
n
Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
n
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication




n
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar)
n
Proven experience working with diesel engines and agricultural machinery
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
n
