With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service and tailored property solutions, the business is continuing to expand and is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its investment team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid sales background who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets and looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.

The Role:
n
As the Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for connecting with warm leads generated through digital marketing, understanding their investment goals and booking qualified appointments with the Buyer's Advocate team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Contacting and qualifying warm leads generated through digital marketing.
n
Booking an average of 3–4 qualified appointments per day with the Buyer's Advocate team.
n
Following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process.
n
Working closely with the Buyer's Advocate team to ensure a seamless client experience.
n




Providing a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting or a phone-based sales role.
n
A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant real estate qualification.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Confidence speaking with a high volume of prospective clients.
n
A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
n

What's On Offer:

$70K package including super.
n
OTE of approximately $100K per year.
n
$50–$100 commission per qualified meeting.
n
Achieve 16+ qualified meetings in a month and all qualified meetings for that month are paid at $100 each.
n
$200 commission per sale generated from appointments you have booked.
n
Warm leads generated through digital marketing.
n
