About The Role

We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Payroll officer to join our finance and workface team on a 4 day per week basis.

Role Title: Payroll Officer

Location: Moorebank, Recent South Wales, Australia

Hours: 4 days per week Permanent part time (Monday to Thursday)

Reporting: Payroll Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a payroll role (1+ years preferred).
Experience in HR3 system preferred, not compulsory
High attention to detail, solid numerical accuracy, and excellent time management.
Ability to work collaboratively with centre teams and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
Process weekly/monthly payroll using HR3, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding details, and award classifications.
Reconcile timesheets, leave balances, allowances, and variations across multiple centres.
Respond to payroll queries with clarity, professionalism, and a service‑focused approach.
Process work covers related payment and reconciliation for each work cover case




Maintain job changes forms and updating in HR3
Assisting payroll manager for any payroll related tasks
Access and look after payroll emails when needed
