We’re looking for an energetic Kitchen Hand with some cooking experience to support our chefs and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

About the Role
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking (grilling, assembling dishes, prepping ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
Wash dishes and help with daily setup and pack down
Support the team during busy service times

About You
Some kitchen or cooking experience preferred (Mexican or similar cuisine a bonus!)
Reliable, hard-working, and a great team player
Able to work nights and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
