What You'll Be Doing
Manage Return Authority (RA) requests from creation through to warehouse receipt and closure
Coordinate collections, deliveries and exchanges with third-party logistics (3PL) partners
Monitor returns activity, resolve aged cases and manage escalations to ensure timely outcomes
Reconcile logistics reports, review 3PL invoices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar operations-focused role
Experience using SAP and strong Microsoft Office skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and IF formulas
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills,



with a proactive and customer-focused approach
