About the Role

Lucky Bao is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our kitchen team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment and has a solid work ethic. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking
Support chefs during busy service periods
Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock handling and kitchen organisation
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy

Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills




Reliable and punctual
Available to work lunch and/or dinner shifts
