Our client is a well-established industrial services provider supporting operations across the Mackay region. Known for their commitment to safety, quality and customer service, they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics / Administration Officer to join their team through to the end of the year.

Your new role

As a Logistics / Administration Officer, you will provide administration support within the warehouse while also assisting with local pick-ups and deliveries. Your duties will include scanning and receipting documentation, uploading information into spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day logistics functions. This is a hands-on role that offers variety and flexibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both office-based administration and being out on the road.

What you'll need to succeed
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Solid attention to detail and accuracy




Good written communication and handwriting skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable and professional work ethic
Pronto, Accentis or SAP experience highly regarded but not essential
Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
