About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Admin Support to join our talented team at GBI Logistics Pty Ltd in Cannington, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes.

What you'll be doing
Maintaining and updating logistics records and documentation
Coordinating shipment schedules and tracking delivery status
Providing support to the logistics team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate information flow
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach




Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
