We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Network & Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a broad enterprise IT setting.

This is a technical role suited to someone comfortable working across networking, Microsoft infrastructure, servers, virtualisation and application support, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide Level 3 escalation support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support across network and infrastructure settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, server, desktop and infrastructure issues.
Support and maintain Aruba switching and Wi-Fi environments.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft environments, including Windows Server.
Support HPE server and storage infrastructure.
Manage and support Hyper-V virtualisation environments.
Provide Windows support with some exposure to Linux environments.
Support business applications,



including SQL-based applications and databases.
Support software deployment, patching and endpoint management using SCCM.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent resolutions for recurring technical issues.

Technical Skills & Experience The successful candidate will have solid experience across:
Level 3 Networking / Infrastructure Support
Microsoft / Windows environments
Aruba switches and Wi-Fi
HPE servers and storage
Hyper-V
Windows Server
Linux – basic/intermediate exposure
SQL / Application Support
SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and related infrastructure services
