We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide Level 3 technical support across a broad networking and infrastructure environment.

This is a part-time opportunity working 2–3 days per week, suited to an experienced Network Engineer who has a robust networking background along with broader infrastructure experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 network and infrastructure support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues and escalations.
Support and maintain Aruba switching and Wi-Fi environments.
Support Microsoft / Windows settings and related infrastructure services.
Support HPE server and storage infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V environments.
Provide Windows support with some exposure to Linux.
Provide application support, including SQL-based applications.




Support software deployment and endpoint management using SCCM.

Microsoft / Windows environments
HPE servers and storage
Hyper-V
Windows Server
Linux – some exposure
SQL / Application Support
SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and related infrastructure services
