We are seeking a agile and experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy multi franchise service centre in McGraths Hill. As a Workshop Manager / Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective operation of our workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and technician assignments.

Ensure adherence to service standards and quality control measures.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.

Train and mentor less experienced staff.

Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:





Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman in a similar automotive environment.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and repairs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Current NSW driver's licence.

Ongoing manufacturer training and development.
