We're a growing company based in Terrey Hills looking for a recent team member to join our friendly office.

We're looking for someone with plenty of personality who loves talking to people and brings great energy to the office.

We are a little bit different offering Consumer Finance to the trades industry and their clients.

n

Its a role with lots of variety so if you are up for the challenge, you will be chatting with tradie partners and their clients through out the day.

n

We offer full training - making this an exciting opportunity to learn valuable current skills and step into an creative area of the industry that simply hasn't existed before.

Key responsibilities n

Answering inbound calls and chatting with our clients
n
Making outbound customer calls
n
Data entry and keeping customer information up to date
n
Updating agreements and records
n
Supporting and working with our customers and trades professionally and empathetically
n
Assisting collecting data and making assessments
n




Generally helping to keep everything running smoothly
n

About you nn
Enthusiastic and confident on the phone
n
Organised
n
Great attitude and personality
n
Can Communicate clearly
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
n
Experience in a Customer Service Role
n

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position in Terrey Hills .

We'd love someone local, and we're particularly looking for someone who wants to settle in, become part of the team and stay with us for the long haul.
