list Skipper Yourself Charters around the Whitsundays.

We are seeking a highly motivated qualified person to join our team who pride themselves with

exceptional customer service & delivering holidays of a lifetime to all our guests.

The successful applicant needs to ensure the effective and skilled management of the Operations, Maintenance and Detailing departments, including:
scheduling of all maintenance and repairs to our fleet
day‐to‐day management and rostering of staff
any other duties as required by management

You will also be required to work weekends, school holidays & some public holidays.

Must have:
Previous experience in the Marine Tourism Sector preferred
Appropriate Marine Qualifications
Familiar with current Marine Regulatory requirements
Robust commitment and focus on safety
Sound knowledge of maintenance of vessels both mechanically & presentation
Be able to brief guests prior to charter on the vessel, charter area & safety aspects
Have explicit Communication and above average Computer Skills.
Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
