Job Description

Estia Health in Current South Wales North is seeking a People & Culture Partner to lead HR initiatives across our NSW North homes. You'll be the front line for employees, coaching leaders, and guiding culture improvements that support our residents and teams.

You will advise on complex IR/ER matters, interpret industrial instruments, drive transformational change, and facilitate training of home-based staff, with travel as required to support operations and projects.
