An established and reputable engineering firm is seeking experienced Boilermakers for ongoing casual mine-site work.

About You :
Current boilermaker trade qualifications and certification
Proven boilermaking, fabrication and welding experience within industrial or mining environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced mine-site setting
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to work across various mine-site locations
Flexibility to work varying casual project and shutdown schedules

Position Summary :

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your boilermaking expertise across significant industrial projects, including wash plant and dragline shutdowns. You will join a professional team working with a reputable employer in the mining sector, with regular opportunities available across varying project and shutdown schedules.

Key Requirements :
Hold a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment




Be able to pass an FCAW butt weld test to ISO standards and a custom fabrication skills test
Hold Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets a plus

Job Responsibility :
Perform maintenance and repair work during wash plant and dragline shutdowns
Carry out fixed and mobile plant maintenance and repairs
Complete fabrication and welding work to a high standard
Maintain compliance with site safety, quality and environmental requirements
