into its successful Corporate Advisory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded corporate lawyer looking to accelerate their career through exposure to quality transactions, close Partner collaboration and meaningful client involvement.
The role
Working closely with experienced Corporate Advisory Partners, you'll advise clients across matters including:
Mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions, divestments and due diligence
Corporate advisory and commercial matters
Corporate governance advice and strategic business solutions
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
Commercial contract negotiation and drafting
Transaction documentation and deal execution
You'll work with a broad range of clients across Queensland and nationally,



gaining exposure to complex corporate matters while taking increasing responsibility for managing transactions and client relationships.
About you
You'll ideally have:
2+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate, M&A; or Commercial law
Experience working on corporate transactions and commercial advisory matters
Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Solid communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
