About the Role
We're looking for a driven Production Manager to lead our
A Team
in the recent facility.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll take full ownership of production in our flagship team. You'll oversee:
End-to-end workshop production and workflow in the new facility
Steel fabrication processes at the highest standard
Cutting-edge robotic and automated manufacturing systems
Quality control systems that protect our reputation
Team performance, coordination, and continuous improvement
You'll be the driving force behind our A Team — setting the pace, raising the bar, and delivering excellence every day.

About You
Trade qualified (Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker) with strong steel fabrication/manufacturing experience
Proven ability (or clear potential) to lead teams and drive results
Reliable, high work ethic, and hungry to take ownership
Excited by new technology, automation, and continuous improvement
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
