Shine Bright EYM is currently recruiting a Diploma Educator to join our team at White Hills Kindergarten in a permanent, ongoing position.
n
About the Role
n
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to support children's learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful relationships and a collaborative approach.
n
This position offers ***** hours per week, working across:
n
n
Monday: 8:00 am ? 4:30 pm
n
Wednesday: 8:00 am ? 4:30 pm
n
2.25 hours of non-contact time, with the timing negotiable
n
n
There is also the opportunity to access additional hours through casual work and breaks/relief shifts across our services.

About You
n
We are looking for an educator who:
n
n
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
n
Builds strong, respectful relationships with children and families
n
Works collaboratively as part of a team
n
Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and leadership
n
Incorporates First Nations perspectives into pedagogy and practice
n
Holds an approved Victorian Working with Children Check or VIT registration
n
Holds current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Has experience working with children and/or in an early childhood setting (desirable)
n
