Use your property, strata or insurance experience to help customers recover after property damage or loss. As a Strata Loss Adjuster with Crawford, you will manage claims from initial assessment through to resolution, combining technical knowledge, sound judgement and responsive customer service.

You do not need to be a qualified Loss Adjuster already. With structured training, practical support and a clear development pathway, this is an prospect to build your capability and progress into senior or specialist loss adjusting roles.

What You Will Do
n
n
Manage property and strata claims from assessment through to resolution
n
Conduct site inspections and assess the cause and extent of damage
n
Coordinate trades, technical specialists and service providers




n
Communicate with owners, strata managers, insurers and contractors
n
Prepare clear reports and accurate claim documentation
n
Manage competing priorities and progress claims in a timely manner
n
Deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes
n

What You Will Bring
n
You will be curious, solution-focused and confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You may currently work in loss adjusting, insurance claims or broking as a property Claims Handler. You will bring:

n
Experience in property and/or strata claims management, construction or insurance environments
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A customer-focused approach and commitment to positive outcomes
n
The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
n
A current driver's licence
n
Motivation to learn and grow within the loss adjusting profession
n
Loss adjusting or claims management experience, trade or building qualifications, or strata industry experience are desirable
n
