Leasing duties including open homes and application processing

Supporting routine, entry and exit inspections, including reporting

Assisting with lease renewals and coordinating property maintenance

Providing support to the wider Property Management team

What We're Looking For:
n
n
A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Ideally 12+ months experience in Property Management already
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive and motivated attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Adaptability and a willingness to learn
n
A valid driver's licence
n
