Job Description
This is a physically active, on-site leadership role. You'll supervise installation teams, assist with complex installs, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Supervising fencing and gate installation crews
n
Hands-on work including post-hole digging, carrying panels, gates, and materials
n
Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
n
Ensuring all work meets GateFlex quality standards
n
Coordinating daily job schedules and site requirements
n
Maintaining safety compliance and site documentation
n
Communicating with clients and the GateFlex office team
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fencing or construction supervisory role
n
Fit, healthy, and capable of manual labour
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n




Ability to problem-solve on site
n
White Card (required)
n
Experience with aluminium fencing, gates, or fabrication (highly regarded)
n
Current driver's licence
n
