Job Description
As our national presence continues to grow, Group 1 Security is looking for a suitably qualified Security Coordinator to join the team. The successful applicant will be based at our Head Office in Canterbury reporting directly to the Security Manager.

A key function of the role is daily interaction with our licensed security guards as such you will need to have guarding experience to help understand the requirements they may need.
n
The role will be a mix of administration, dealing with rosters, uniform requirements, assisting with QA policies & procedures as well as other day to day administration activities. The role also has operational requirements, such as site visits and auditing the functions of our guards at client's sites.

To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years in a security supervisory role
n
Current NSW Security license
n
Excellent written and verbal skills
n
Positive internal & external stakeholder management
n
Must be able to travel, sometimes on short notice
n
Ability to provide training on security SOP's
n
