Are you an experienced production or workshop supervisor who knows what good workmanship looks like and enjoys keeping a busy operation moving?
n
Anytime by Fleetmark is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee our Derrimut workshop and support our field service teams with safety, workflow and process improvements.
n
Working closely with our General Managers, you'll coordinate people, resources and production schedules, resolve operational challenges and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

From our expanded Derrimut facility, we deliver complete fleet branding solutions, including signage, truck and trailer curtain repairs and replacements, and custom fabrication.

About You
n
You're a practical, hands-on leader who understands production, recognises quality workmanship and can keep people and processes running effectively.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Proven production experience in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive,



transport or similar setting.
n
Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily workshop or production activities.
n
The ability to identify production issues, improve processes and maintain quality standards.
n
Experience coordinating schedules, resources and workflow.
n
The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and operational priorities.
n
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
A commitment to safety, quality and team performance.
n
n
Experience in vehicle body building, automotive refinishing, chassis manufacturing or a related production environment would be particularly relevant. A background in paint, print or signwriting will also be highly regarded.
n
You don't need to have worked in our exact industry, but you do need to understand production and know how to get the best out of people and processes.
