About The Company
Our client is a family-owned Australian business with 35+ years' experience designing and manufacturing custom steel stair kits delivered Australia-wide.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while developing new business opportunities, owning the customer journey from initial enquiry and quoting through to order, production and delivery.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and quoting customer requirements accurately using MYOB




Proactively following up outstanding quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to grow sales
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive
Tracking orders through production and keeping customers informed of delivery timelines
Taking ownership of customer issues and coordinating a timely resolution
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
, ideally phone-based or B2B/trade rather than retail-only
Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions
Confident, clear phone communication and a professional manner
Comfort working in a small, close-knit team without layers of support to lean on
A willingness to make proactive outbound calls, not just handle inbound enquiries
CRM/ERP experience (Pipedrive and MYOB knowledge highly regarded, though not essential)
