We are looking for a CasualMedical Receptionist.
Young agile people with computer skills and who are eager to learn and switch careers to Medical Receptionist are welcome to apply
Available for 2-3 days/week, ***** hours
Casual position
Working various shifts Monday - Friday from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm.
General Practice Experience desirable but not essential, training will be provided
Best Practice software experience desirable but Not essential.
Training will be provided.
Computer literate- sound knowledge of excel, microsoft word, scanning, faxing etc
Good Communication and customer service skills
Processing of patients account online
Processing of the end of day transaction and banking
Working alone for weekend shifts opening and closing after training
Correspondence and reports for doctors and nursing staff
Processing of batching for doctors' payments
