AMT Adelaide Motors and Tyres, is seeking a reliable, motivated and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of mechanical servicing, maintenance, inspections and repair work on motor vehicles. The role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, attention to detail, valuable diagnostic skills and a commitment to providing quality workmanship and maintaining a safe and qualified workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles.
Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
Repair and replace brakes, suspension, steering, engine and other vehicle components.
Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs and wheel alignment.




Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
Conduct vehicle inspections and testing after repairs.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience as a Motor Mechanic.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Relevant Australian qualification/trade experience is desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
