About the role

Mobile Plant Operators are required for Civil and Rail Maintenance positions at the Worsley Alumina Refinery in the Southwest Region of Western Australia. This is a permanent position for suitably skilled candidates able to satisfy probationary period requirements. All round multi-skilled mobile plant operators and those with rail network and asphalt experience will be highly regarded. Recent experience operating earthmoving equipment in a Civil or Construction workplace is advantageous.

Key responsibilities
Operate mobile plant equipment including excavators, skid steer loaders, front end loaders, graders, and track dozers
Perform civil and rail maintenance work
Work as part of a cohesive team
Work with minimal supervision from time-to-time

About you
Previous experience operating excavators (2t to 36t)
Previous experience operating skid steer loaders (complete weight ranges including MTL)




Previous experience operating front end loaders (CAT 906 to CAT 972 or equivalent)
Previous experience operating graders (CAT 12 / 140, H & M Series)
Previous experience operating track dozers (D6, D6 LGP & D8)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and adhere to ongoing drug and alcohol testing requirements
Conscientious, punctual, self-starting, and safety conscious
Current Western Australian Motor Vehicle driver licence with minimum HR-A accreditation
Must reside within a 60km radius of Worsley site
