Key Responsibilities
Manage imports air and sea operations, including customs and quarantine documentation.
Handle both national and international client enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Coordinate import shipment movements and cargo delivery.
Lodge outturn reports through automated systems and e-commerce platforms.
Liaise with carriers, agents, and custom brokers.

What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in freight forwarding / customer service / e-commerce logistics
