Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday mornings (overtime rates apply)

ACTIO Recruitment is seeking a Junior Salesperson to join a well-established business in Darwin’s water industry.

This is an excellent chance for a school leaver or someone with some work experience who is ready to build a long-term career. You don't need previous experience in the water industry — the right person will be trained and supported to learn the business.

The business works across pump and irrigation design, water systems, water filtration and other areas of the water industry, providing a great prospect to develop valuable technical and sales skills.

About the Role

As a Junior Salesperson, you will:
Assist customers with their water and irrigation needs
Learn about pumps, irrigation systems and water filtration products
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Prepare quotes and assist with sales enquiries
Assist with product selection and recommendations
Develop product and industry knowledge through on-the-job training
Work with an experienced team and learn the sales process




Maintain a clean, organised and professional work workplace

About You We are looking for someone who:
Has finished school
Holds a valid driver's licence
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Enjoys working with people and providing good customer service
Is confident, friendly and approachable
Is looking for a career, not just a job
Has an interest in developing sales and technical skills
