Looking for a full time role with great pay, paid training and a long weekend every second week?

We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.

Coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales? Your skills could transfer well. Or, if you’re simply ready for a fresh start, we’d still love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking with existing supporters
Having positive and professional conversations
Building rapport and creating a positive experience
Following clear systems and processes




Developing valuable communication and customer service skills
Working alongside a friendly and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are:
Positive, reliable and professional
Confident speaking with different people
Explicit and friendly communicators
Comfortable working as part of a team
Willing to learn and take on feedback
Ready to bring a robust work ethic each day

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales can be helpful, but it’s not essential.

Your Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off, giving you a long weekend every second week.
