Production Operative - Wetherill Park

Hands-On Role | Manufacturing Environment | Ongoing Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or chemical environments who values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting secure and effective chemical production processes, including:
Picking raw materials to prepare liquid chemical batches
Mixing chemical blends to required concentrations and specifications
Operating equipment for pumping liquids and dissolving powders
Filling and packaging products ranging from 5L to 1,000L containers
Performing manual handling of materials (up to 25kg)
Operating a forklift where required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Previous experience in a similar production or chemical environment




A current LF Forklift Licence
Robust attention to detail, especially when completing documentation and batch records
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
A strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
