Role Overview: n
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll handle both remote phone consultations and in-home appointments . Your primary focus will be understanding the customer’s needs, educating them on solar energy solutions, and presenting tailored proposals that deliver real savings and value.
Key Responsibilities: n

Conduct phone and in-home consultations with leads provided to you
n
Understand customer energy usage and recommend appropriate solar solutions
n
Prepare and present quotes using our streamlined quoting tools
n
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and provide exceptional service
n
Maintain accurate CRM notes and stay aligned with daily sales activities
n
Stay informed on solar products, government rebates, and industry trends
n
What We’re Looking For: nn
Previous experience in solar or home improvement sales is preferred
n
Confident communicator with solid interpersonal and consultative skills
n
Results‑driven with a hunger to close deals and help customers
n
Comfortable working from home with the ability to attend local in-home visits
n
Tech‑savvy – familiar with CRMs, quoting platforms, and video calling tools
n
Own vehicle and driver's license required
