The Position:

An exciting prospect to join our expanding Security Division has arisen. This full-time permanent position offers the chance to be at the forefront of the security, electrification & electrical technology revolution and play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's push to an Electrical 4.0 future.

Responsibilities:

As a Security Technician at ASG, your responsibilities will include:
Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems, including CCTV surveillance systems, and access control systems
Conduct fault-finding, repairs, and system testing
Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, building plans, and technical documents
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Open Cabling Registration with a Structured Cabling endorsement
Construction White Card
Current Asbestos Awareness & Working with Asbestos Containing Materials Certification
Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to hold a Baseline security clearance
A current ACT 2E Security Employee Licence is preferred. Applicants who are eligible and willing to obtain the appropriate ACT licence will also be considered
An EWP licence and Working at Heights certification are desirable but not essential
A National Police Check will be required prior to commencement
