Position: IT & AV Support Technician

The client is a global medical technology company which works to make healthcare ever better. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing outstanding customer service.

Provide Level 2 desktop support at client’s office

/n
Provide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipment

/n
Complete project tasks as instructed by the client

/n
Occasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation

/n /n Requirements: /n /n
Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly

/n




Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively

/n
2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role

/n
Comfortable working in a team

/n
Microsoft MCP certification preferred

/n
Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, Sharepoint, etc

/n
Experience with AV systems and providing meeting support

/n
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems including ServiceNow

/n
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferred but not essential
