We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our warm and supportive team in a full-time maternity leave position , with the potential for ongoing permanent employment for the right candidate.

n

Our boutique early learning service caters for 30 children aged 3–6 years , where we pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with children, families, and each other. We are committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality educational program that inspires a love of learning.

About You n

You are a passionate early childhood professional who:

n

n
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
n
Has experience working with preschool-aged children.
n
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) .
n
Is committed to providing high-quality education and care.
n
Has a sound knowledge of Child Protected Standards , child protection responsibilities, and children's health and wellbeing.
n
Is professional, reliable, positive, and flexible.
n




Works collaboratively as part of a supportive team while also showing initiative.
n
Builds respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
n

Essential Requirements n

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:

n

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
Child Protection training.
n
Current Child Safety awareness and mandatory reporting knowledge.
n
National Child Safety Training
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
n
