WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of curry, tandoor or South Indian cooking techniques




Passion for preparing high-quality, authentic food
Ability to maintain excellent food quality, consistency and presentation
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or events kitchen
Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Relevant cookery qualifications are preferred
