We areexclusively partneringwith afamily officeseeking a part-time finance professional to support the ongoing management of its operations.
This is athree-day-per-week role, initially offered on acontract basis, with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right individual.
The business has a strongfamily-oriented culture, and the role will involve working closely with the owner.
As such, they are looking for someone withexcellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability tocommunicate financial matters clearly and patiently.
Flexible working hours are available to accommodate personal commitments; however, this is ahybrid role with an expectation of regular office presence.
Key Responsibilities
The role will cover three primary areas across a group of key entities:
Financial Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Investment & Portfolio Oversight
Assist in managing a portfolio of legacy investments and relationships
Liaise with external stakeholders where required




Prior exposure tofund accounting or investment reportingwould be advantageous
Tax & Compliance
Take ownership of internal tax and compliance responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for interactions withASIC and the ATO
Liaise with external advisors (PwC) where required
About You
Strong attention to detail and ahands-on approach
Comfortable working in asmall, close-knit environment
Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Experience within afamily office, investment environment, or SMEwould be beneficial
Exposure toinvestment portfolios or fundsis desirable but not essential
Adaptable and comfortable working across different systems
