We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be responsible for all facets relating to the effective and effective operation of the NSW Warehouse, while driving continuous improvement across operations.
Based in Glendenning, this role is highly autonomous, and the successful candidate will require a high level of initiative.
You will be supported by the Head Office based in WA.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and asset maintenance operations
Picking and dispatch to ensure dispatch time targets are met and exceeded
Maintain standards of health, safety, security and shipping legislation requirements
Manage local freight arrangements, schedule and negotiate agreements with logistics suppliers and transport companies
Work with sales, customer service, purchasing and management to achieve continuous improvement objectives
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience in warehousing and supervision
Ability to research,



develop and implement process and system improvement initiatives
Leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate competing priorities
Flexible and positive attitude
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
LF and NSW Driver's Licence
Understanding of LEAN principles would be beneficial, but not essential
In this role, you must be highly detail-focused, take pride in the work that you do, communicate well both verbally and in writing, be a team player and bring a can-do attitude.
