Job Description
DCC Industry Group is seeking a dedicated residential youth worker supervisor to support day-to-day program operations and assist youth workers in developing best practices.
You will work closely with the Case Manager to implement program structure and provide on-floor support to young people, with one admin day per week.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in residential youth work, relevant qualifications, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
